words about Bradoween V. At the moment, I'm feeling every one of my years in much the same fashion as a guy who drank until the sun came up and then went to Waffle House with Iggy and Daddy.
I owe everyone who helped out with this year's event a great deal of gratitude. The 'Ween was another fun event with poker, stupid games, and, yes, oddly enough, a wet t-shirt contest.
I'll get around to a full write-up when my body stops hurting. Until then, a quick recap of the action:
Bradoween Open Champion: Dr. Pauly.
43rd (last...) place in the Bradoween Open: Otis
Drunkalympics Champions: Team Evil
Most Suburban: The Murdocks
Most Offensive: Shep
Brad-o-lantern exhibitionists: Chuck and Nancy, Shep
Most likely to draw a crowd with the words "we're about to have a wet t-shirt contest.": The Hooters Girls
Most likely to say "She kissed my pecker.": Dr Jeff, the Ostrich Jockey.
Thanks for a freakin' fun weekend!!!

Look forward to next year's already!
Posted by: PokerBitch at August 21, 2005 11:08 PMThe rumours were true. It was the social event of the season. Thanks for all of it.
Posted by: Wes at August 21, 2005 11:28 PMAmazing time, really appreciate the hospitality and being allowed to hang out with all of you degenerates.
Posted by: Gamecock at August 21, 2005 11:31 PMPokerBitch is putting Otis on tilt again.
Otis tilts. Otis tilts. Otis falls.
For all those bloggers I finally got to meet in person, it was sincerely a pleasure. You're a fantastic group of people, and I hope to see you all back here next year. I hope to even make it to a Vegas WPBT with you guys. There isn't a World Poker Blog Commenter Tour for us serial commenters.
And thank you Otis and especially Ms Otis for hosting.

Posted by: Uncle Ted at August 22, 2005 1:20 AMBradoween was this weekend? No wonder I woke up on the floor.
Although many thanks are due the Otis clan, I have to send a special shout out to G-Rob (who embarrased me not only in poker, but in the Individual Roshambo competition as well). Thanks for the heads up that our flight was cancelled, we got rerouted through Atlanta and made it back to the 'Lou without much ado....
TEAM EVIL!

It was great meeting all the bloggers. A great bunch of people you are! Posted by: doubleas at August 22, 2005 10:53 AMI don't remember anything... um, except maybe for Hooters.
Posted by: CJ at August 22, 2005 10:54 AMdoes this mean that there needs to be a little heads up game between Pauly and Reilly?
Posted by: jason at August 22, 2005 2:49 PMAllow me to add my humbly expressed thanks to ALL of GVegas and the visiting bloggers. I fear to single out any particular people because EVERYONE was so great and made it truly a memorable weekend. I do have to issue a special thanks to the entire Otis Family for being such incredibly good hosts as well as the Badblood Family Players for their special matinee show on Sunday. (Good luck with the ceiling, remodeling is hell!) Finally, some good comes from the internet!
